This is made with A2 tool steel, professionally heat treated, Satin Brushed finish, micarta handle *brown*, stainless thong and a lanyard. All the outside edges on this one are polished with a satin brushed finish head... This measures out: .350 thick & .800 thick on handle....58-60 RC, 13" overall length, head size 3 3/4" tall x 3 1/2" wide. I have had a few questions about the comfort of the handle. I have shown this to many knife entheusiasts and they all said that the handle was comfortable, that they didn't see it to pose an issue. This offers you of holding it in two different positions...choking up on it and holding it back farther. I do back my items and if you are not satisfied with the hatchet we will work with you. Also currently I do not have sheaths for these. However down the road here soon I will have them. I just haven't gotten to them yet....I will however. Thank you.
