Hatchets to restore

Here are two hatchets I am going to attempt to fix up. Any suggestions welcome.
The one says Stanley H122 and the other says Americas Best Every Tool Perfect. Planning on cleaning up the heads and maybe sanding/staining the handles.

I like to remove rust with a brass wire cup on a 4-1/2" angle grinder. The brass cups take the rust while leaving the patina. Cleans 'em up real nice.
