I recently ordered by first Busse from the company store and the service was the best I have ever seen, not just from knife companies. I ordered the knife at 4:30 their time on a Friday and the order was processed and left their shop before the close of business that day and I had it in my hands 10am Monday morning in California. That is the fastest processing and shipping I have ever seen. I also had to call them because they forgot to apply a credit I had with them to the order and within 30 minutes of hanging up I got an email from paypal saying they had sent me the money that they forgot to take out.

This has been the best experience I have had with any manufacturer and I thought they deserved some recognition

The company store does not mess around.
How do you like your new knife? It must be a SARGE 7.
Its my favorite knife in that size range.
What type of sheath are you thinking about? I paired
mine up with a SAR 3 and went with a Kydex piggyback
from Mashed Cat.

I got a SARGE 7 with the Kydex sheath that they offer and it is by far the best knife of that size I have handled, admittedly I haven't had a lot that size but all the ones I have had been high quality. I also actually got in an Active Duty and a Game Warden on trade on the same day so I got my first 3 Busses all in the same day and they are all excellent knives.

The only problem I have now is that I can't afford to keep all of them but I can't decide which one to get rid of :(

I received a Sarge 7 from the Busse Company Store (along with a couple of t-shirts) a couple of months ago.
my experience was quite the same, excellent service!

keep em all, no regrets.
Heres mine with a SAR3

Thanks for the feedback on Busse. :)

Maybe 6 months ago I saw the Waki video the Swamp Rat guys made and decided to get one. That led me to Busse and Scrap Yard. I have no experience with the company stores yet because I purchased everything on the forums. I am very happy with all the Busse and Kin knives I have now. I agree that the dilemma about what to keep and sell is tough. Limited resources right.
