Holds an edge well and it's nicely made.

Have a handmade 5" hunter in carbon steel (not the usual ATS type steel) - it is the only knife I have never used because it is too beautiful and I just enjoy getting it out and appreciate the skill and art that went into making it.

Well, looks like I'm going to get the utility hunter, model 845B. Now just need to make a trip out west to float the gunnison... when it is much warmer.
