I just got off the phone with Jerry, and thought I'd pass along the info he gave me. Apparently an employee there (actually she is no longer there) was telling customers their knives had shipped, when they really had not. They thought UPS was somehow screwing them, but it turned out to be in house. He is just now straightening out the problem. So if you have a Busse that should have been shipped, give Jerry a call to make sure yours wasn't an almost lost order like mine was. I was told I would get my order by the end of the month.
