Have complete set of SPAM in display case with Recipes

I got some Spam at the commissary today. I grind the Spam up with ground onions, cheddar cheese (the Cuisinart is good for this), put the mixture on hamburger bun halves and broil tem in the oven. It goes great with beer and Hockey Night in Canada, eh!.
