The eberlestock spike camp duffel is designed to attach to the just one series of packs. The mil spec plus 85 pack has no internal or external frame or bracing members. all of the load is carried to the body via the fabric/straps. It would be an interesting project to try to modify to house an mil issue molle frame.

all of the interior surfaces have a rubber coating.

it's a big tall pack: just keep in mind that it is frameless. (I'm 5'10")
