Have to get this off my chest

I'm very sorry to hear about your mother. I had a similar experience a few years ago with a friend of mine who was dying of cancer.

Wow, didn't see that coming... like a few others, I too teared up. I've dealt with family members suffering from cancer, heart attacks, diabetes, etc... my heart goes out to you. Hold on to that memory as tightly as she held your hand--more so! That's very special. Stay strong man.

Thanks for sharing buddy I'm very sorry to hear about your mother but also glad to hear you got that precious moment.
Prayers sent from my family to yours.

Prayers & Smoke sent your way & when it is your time you will see her again at the end of the "Light" & you will both be at
'Peace'..! We are all here for such a short time.*

Sorry to hear about your mom. It's awful to lose the ones we love. It always reminds me that we're short on time and should love the ones we have left all the more.

Going through some of the most difficult times of my life with my daughter and elderly parents right now. I feel your pain. We read of your loss and pain, and are reminded that this is what binds us as human beings - not knives or guns, favorite movies, or "successes," but our shared experiences of pain and loss as well as the joy that this life brings. Hang in there, brother. You are not alone.

My heart goes out to you and your family, the good memories will always surpass the bad and mean more then anything in the end. Remember the good times

My mom lost her battle tonight, nurses said they have only seen one person last as long as she did in her condition (stubborn, strong, women she was). Thanks for all the kind words, it was a big help through this. I will send this thread off with her favorite artist, " sweet baby james"

Sorry for your loss. I pray her transition will make your heart grow stronger and the great memory of her even fonder.
