There has been A few threads about this. Mark has been getting slammed. I just wanted to say that I received my order today. It is correct. I am not sticking up for Mark, I just wanted to also state some good things too. Did you get yours?
 
Not yet, but once Mark gets the other knife to complete the 2nd attempt at my original order and gets this sent out, I will be a happy knife knut.

i have noticed a ton of slamming on your part
towards me. but one thing i cant seem to find through out all the profanity and so forth is your e-mail address. care to deal with this between me and you?
i see tons of things knocking me but nothing
on my machine from you. and nothing telling me how to reach..........cause i assure you after all you've said we need to talk.
and at this point if i owe you anything it will only be a credit i refuse to ship to you regardless of the situation. to all the rest of you if you havent got your order please make sure we know it so we can handle it professionally !!!!

i was begining to wonder if something happened to you. as far as the fear in the competion's eye's i do not want that. i never have and never will. we all need to get along on a somewhat even playing field.
but i will say this. its nice to be back in the saddle again through out all this mess.

I am still waiting for a Harpy from Mark. I ordered it August 20th. He has had my money since August 24th. I have sent an e-mail to him asking about the order. Hopefully Monday I will get a surprise in the mail.

Your refusal to ship orders was what got you in this specific situation:
 
i never refused to ship anyone's order. i was totally unable to for various reason's.
however there has been one exception thus far and it is for you i wouldnt ship to you if you were the last customer on earth. no one else has ever been refused just delayed.

I have been waiting for 30+ days for my BM710sbt. I have sent Mark multiple e-mails, called the phone numbers and left messages, and I have received 1 response, on 17 September. He said it might have been mixed-up during their move, but it has been 15 days since then and not a word.

Scary. That is exactly the problem.

I guess that leaves only 30 to 60 other knife dedicated web sites for knife purchases? I guess I am never going to be able to net buy another knife?

Just got word 1 hour ago that my order is being shipped today. Yessss! Once I receive it, I will consider the situation resolved.

just heard from Mark, mine should be in the mail tomorrow. This might turn out ok after all.
