Having a hard time with a knife decision....

Another vote for the NMSFNO - I can't wait for the CS to finish with mine, because my backup (SAR4) isn't even close to it in function.
 
Have a Squatch also. Trouble is, there's about 763,000 Busse knife models that would be perfect for your needs. Don't forget the FSH; B8; DSF; Battle Rat; Dogfather; SHSH2...etc. Those are just the ones I can personally vouch for. Good luck in your decision...;-)
 
Not a bad choice in the lot--of the three you mentioned, I have the Hellrazor... and love it--some of the duties it has handled lately:

Of the blades you mention (and accounting for your AMS) I too would go with the NMSFNO, in fact this is probably my second favourite Busse blade ...
 
And would you tell the audience what your favourite Busse might be, Sir?...;-)
