• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Hawk bills!

Yes, there are, but you have to look really hard.

Thanks for posting this! My uncle used to carry a slip joint just like this with wooden handle covers, and I have never seen one like it since I knew him.

I really like the hawkbill for landscaping and gardening, and by having the blades of a stockman to back it up, there isn't much you cant handle.

I would really like to see this kind of pattern made again.

I wish I could. All I really know is it is a large stockman with a hawkbill blade on a third spring in the middle. I've had it for enough years that I don't even recall where I got it. Decent carbon steel blades, made by Colonial, and inexpensive.

I have a Colonial SAK clone with a hawksbill- the reason I bought it. I'll find it and post a pic.

Let's see- Victorinox (my first, 1967), Colonial Mountain Guide, Utica, Klein and Sons?, Klein Tools, Imperial (Ireland).

Thank you!, I like the knife-very much!

There was a really cool thread on here a while ago by a guy who worked on a farm, and had this old worn out Case hawkbill that he was retiring, and the new one he bought to replace it. I never thought much of them until i saw that picture of the well used on in that thread.
