hawk handles

Ok, Ive been looking at various hawks for a while, but where do ya'll get "curly maple" and those kinds of wood? They are extremely pretty and I want to make my own handles from it.

There are several places that you can get exotic woods to make your handles from. Here is one good website http://www.anexotichardwood.com/ they carry a bunch of different woods. Hope that helps.
