Hi Folks,

I finally got around to making a head that I felt appropriate for this haft. Seems silly but that's the way it turns out sometimes. This is my second attempt at wire inlay. Another Friend and forumite has the first one

Offered for your consideration.

OAL haft (dark stained maple)(silver wire inlay) 19 1/2 "
Head 9 3/4" of 224 layer count 5160/1095 2 1/2" cutting edge

The snake is after his prey. The prey is hiding one the other side right underneath the head.

Well I happen to have the first one Mark did with wire inlays, which blew me away when I saw it last year at Trackrock and this one is even more impressive. .
