Here's one from Al Mar Knives: http://www.almarknives.com/backup-model-hawkbill-p-49.html. I like their stuff. Very well made, but pricey for AUS-8 steel. I bet it's good though.

How about a Case Hawkbill Pruner?

This is a good suggestion. Case's hawkbill Pruners are very nice, and they cut like demons. You really don't need a lock on a folding hawkbill.

They're pretty much used exclusively for pulling cuts, so you shouldn't really end up with any pressure on the spine. :thumbup:

Picked up a Rough Rider Coal Miner hawkbill for ten bucks. I got it because it was the style of knife I used the year I worked in the mines and figured what's to lose for the money? Turns out to be a well made, sharp knife with good snap in a nice box. You can see it here:
