This knife would do well as a utility or defensive tool. Tip is needle sharp. The antique finish is cold blueing with bleach. It is hard to see the details in the photos. I think the finish is beautiful as well as durable.

Full Tang
Handle- 3.95"
Blade- 3.23" measured from front of scale, edge 2.85" 1/8" stock
Hawkbill, Free Hand ground, full flat grind spine to edge.
Handle material- Rough textured OD Green G10, chamfered edges , G-Flex epoxy with 1/4" aluminum tubes and 3/8" aluminum lanyard tube.
blade Steel Aldos 1084 Carbon steel edge quenched
Blade Finish is belt finish then antiqued
Edge is V- grind on cardboard wheel system
Heat Treat in House, canola quench, 2 2HR temper cycles at 400F

Just got this today. Wow. GREAT work on this. Jason also made a Kydex neck sheath for a small extra fee. Thanks! :thumbup:
