I know I'm a couple of days late to posting a picture to this thread but here is my hatchet. Mine is 12 inches in OAL and has 3 hollow tubes instead of solid pins.

This one is particularly nice. I like everything about it.

mykel m's taper is a nice refinement too.

I really like my hunter hatchet as it has a nice balance to it and feels good in the hand. I thought it did pretty good a making the feather stick in the picture considering I still need more practice.

I have two of the three DBH's that were made. Cooper has the other one.

Defensive Battle Hawk. It's a great tool. My lovely wife, Maggie, keeps one on the nightstand.

The balance is perfected through skeletonization, I bet Mr. K cussed when drilling all these holes....
