that's FUNNY! Dang, that hadda hurt! How's it doing now? Kids and their toys can get ya killed or crippled, ya know. Get healed quick, youngster.
 
yep that el do it I have probably badly jammed or dislocated or broke every finger and toe and the still hurt when I hit them wrong i would rather get cut and need stitches than do that and least scars don't hurt later
 
I played offensive line in college and i have dislocated every finger on both my hands, some quite a few times. It hurts like hell, but the best thing to do is get it back in place and ice it often 2 or 3 times a day for the fist 3-4 days and start trying to move as mush as possibel asap. I played over 20 years ago and I now have aurther-itist and it is no fun, but playing ball was!!!!!
 
Also I was gonna ask, where is the fingernail that is supposed to be on that finger? Looks like my toenail (or lack there of) that I droped an 8lb. jar of pickles on a few weeks ago...
 
no good JT. That looked like it hurt a bit. I have broken a pinkie in line skating, swelled all up and hurt like hell, but at least there was no wrong pointing queasy feeling looking finger pointed all skewampus. I just had to get an xray and tape it to the ring finger for a while.


Just the other day I got a decent cut on my middle finger (sharp knife you know the drill). I waited 12 hours till my appointment with my doctor (no emergency room visit at 1am thank you). The thing was still bleeding when they took all the gauze and tape off at the doctor's office the next day. The old guy's hands were so shaky he could not give me a shot at all to numb it. He just decided to stitch it without. He had me hold my hand out unsupported, and his hands were not supported by anything. I was thinking at least 5 stitches (based on other stitches I have hand, and it was on the knuckle. He only did two, and one pulled all the way through within a day. The other on was almost torn through when I took them out my self.
But on the bright side, I had just finished my last exam that morning, so I did not have to take any more with a stitched taped finger.

That blood looks fake. :) Gwad Im all quessy looking @ anything more than a papercut. This SUCKS because Id like to be a nurse but yeah no blood for me :(

Anyway so yeah I stabbed my left index finger right through the tip (nearish the knuckle) the other day and I bled all over the floor of the estabishment I hapened to be in whilst trying to cut the plastic coating off of some copper wire to make some Mokome...

Ack that reminds me of the fish-hook I put through the other ring finger a couple days later...Maybe I should quit while Im ahead... (Maybe I should quit while I HAVE a head) :D ... Nah Im havin too much fun...

That just BITES it. Quite a peculiar angle your finger is at. Man that must really be throbing even now.

Heal quickly, it's difficult to make knive one handed.

i was driveing a dump truck . bed was full of gravle and i stradled a huge water filled pot hole. ingaged the dump and it went up like 3" than stoped. so i hoped out to check the pump. its between the frame under the bed. i put my hand on the side of the dump bed and looked under the truck, found the pumps engage lever and gave it a yank. well the bed went back down. but my hand that i thought was on the side of the bed was on the side of the frame and my fingers made there way into the 3" gap. ouch, ouch.
 
As my Mother would s say to me and my brother, "Well Boys, looks like we learned some lessons here", now get well and don't do it again.;)

Knifemakers do the dumbest things.

I got a call from Lightfoot the other day, he knows I used to dirt track motorcycles....seems he is not satisfied with one dirt tracker he is looking for another one, 500cc, so he can ride two classes. I told him what I thought about old fools going out motorcycle racing......darn it I wish I could do it myself.

i took the wraping off and its starting to feal better. i still cant bend it very much at all. i work it a little each day.
 
yep a long skate board.its for cruzing. it feals like a snow board or surf board to turn (carve)
