This is a smaller version of my HWK model (Hazard Woods Knife)
Blade Steel: 1095, 1/8" stock
Blade length: 3" tip to scales
Overall length: 7 1/4"
Handle: linen micarta with stainless pins/tube
Sheath: kydex (still being made)

I do use wood sometimes, mostly cocobolo because I can get it here locally. I stay away from stabilized woods because of the cost. Lately I've been using a lot of micarta though.
 
Oh yes he does use wood :-)
Both my Baby Bowie and the coffin handle Bowie he made for my wife have great wood. I'd swear that he picked the grain on my knife handle to match the temper line on the blade. Good stuff.
