Went to the mailbox today and felt a rush of joy and fear as the reality of what lie within wifted up to my olfactory nerves. It seems the US Postal Service has, once again, experienced the agony of HeatTreat....ALMOST.

Luckily for them, the inner bag held is valuable contents so that, once again, its maker can imbue the followers of The Relish of Sweet Pain and Suffering(ergo HT RELISH) with its funky hot goodness.

All joking aside, IG's HT RELISH is a real treat. I've eaten hotter stuff, by mistake or prank, and this really isn't too hot. It's JUST RIGHT, and the flavor is SUBLIME.

IG, thanks for the sample, but that isn't going to last very long my friend. :D

HEHEHEHE!!!!! Listen!!!! I have been giving the samples out of my private stash.:jerkit: I am down to 3 quarts till the next harvest.:D
I think (scary) I am going to put a quart of the relish on Ebay.:D :D

Send me your address. Its $6 a jar plus postage. You can send out a chek after you recieve it.
 
Man oh man! Had some more of the HT Relish sample last night. That stuff has worked its way thru my system and done a real number on me. FIRE IN THE HOLE!!!

Funny thing about it though, I'll go back for more.:cool:

Isn't kind of difficult for you to figure out which end to stick the knives in because they look so much alike?????? HEHEHEHEHEHE!!!!

I Just finished another forge and rebuilt my air supply for the burner. I was having some trouble getting to welding temps so I was waiting till I solved that problem. I just made my first layer damascus and I'm happy with the way it turned out so the chain is next on my things to do. I'll be sending out the HT'g relish after this cold spell is over. I afraid the jars will freeze in-transit.:eek: :eek: I would want to pay for the Chemical Spill Cleanup.:confused: :D
 
Well..it'll be good when it shows up but it would have went really good with the other Super Bowl snacks yesterday. :)
 
Yea.... I'm thinking canister. Maybe later today???

I guess it was just to dam cold. I had the forge running strong but before it got to welding temp the tank froze up and I could only get forging temps. Pleanty propane in the tank but it wouldn't come out. Later this week temps are suppose to ease up a bit so maybe then.
I bet the relish would have kept it from freezing.

Just wondering if you use Habenaro peppers in the mix. I just got 3# back from a customer...He said they were wet and I had to replace them. They are fine but not sure what I'm going to do with them:eek: ?????

Price is prity heavy....An invite for a shop visit someday. You will have to put up with my ass for a little while. Not sure when it could happen....but someday.
Maybe I can help make some.
Make sure your return address is on the sample. I think I still have it somewhere but just in case.
