Light is BNIB. Bought a few and decided to go with the flat tailcap verson. This is the newest firmware...ie candle mode!

250....... Haven't shipped to Canada in a while. Believe it would be a little extra for you on shipping and once it leaves the US you take responsibility. (Usual stuff)
