Have fun, bee safe.
should be sunny skies.... lows around 48 at night
..but I'm not sure if there are any insustrial toxins..that might not boil away...
Just wondering, how light are you actually going? I'd be interested to see you post your complete weight of everything you are carrying as it would be at the trail head, including water and bedroll. I'm just curious, at how much that bedroll adds to your load..
...THere is a lake about 300 yards form my site.. THe water is deep and it is a spring fed lake,......
And ingesting some charcoal can actually help detoxify your body too!
Rick
I wouldn't recommend ingesting charcoal. However, if detox is what you are after, then there are therapies associated with using it as a sepository. Of course that constitutes a specific subset of contaminants. In today's culture, the term detox has taken on a voodoo like definition, taken to mean 'anything bad for you'.
Any particular reason?..... After being taught that by my mentor, I scoured the web and found nothing but good things.... aside from ingesting too much and vomitting. Hospitals use it on hyperacidic, overdose patients and even poisoning victims as both a vomit inducer and detox therapy.
If there is something I don't know... I wanna know... you know?
Riley and Spook... That makes more sense when you put it that way... I guess the stuff from the fire pit would be a gamble on purity. Pine wood have alot of residue, I bet.
hmmmmmm, great... more thinking to do.... thanks alot:grumpy:
