Heads Up; More M390 from DLT

The standard millie (s30v g10) retails at $160. m390 g10 miliie retailing at $175 would be too low, unless we think the standard millie is priced too high (whicch I will not disagree to). I could be wrong but somehow I feel folks prefer m390/204p to s110v, which perhaps explains why the s110v blurple millie still does not sell out.

Back to this DLT M390 red g10 pm2. The steel coupled with the red g10 handle and the (low) price makes it a great folder to have. I do agree with some prevous posters that the g10 is better not translucent.

Agree with your ideas on pricing of the Military sprints in g10. I bought two Millie 204p knives at two different times on sale for about 180.00.Even though I really like that steel, I never thought about them at 200.00. The vendors can decide if they want to sell out an exclusive quickly or be patient for a higher price.
I ve reached a point in my knife buying life where I won t buy a knife of I don t think it s a good deal.
The red pm2 s with m390 were a good deal if bought as a pair. I did that, got a user and a backup.

My feelings also, mostly. I don t hate red handles. But I have never wanted one. Maybe not too much different from the orange handled knives I have and have grown to like, sort of.
 
Bought 2 last week. I think it is the most interesting color in a long time. I'm buying them for the scales as much as the steel. I have 6 different PM2's and I think this one is going to be my favorite.
 
Gave in, bought one. I'm a little surprised at how fast these are moving. It's been a while since a PM2 sprint or exclusive went this fast.

I agree with you on the color and steel, I am not a PM2 guy, I am a Military guy. I own the basic PM2 but when I saw the Red G10 with that polished pocket clip and then M390 and I knew I had to have it. I also had a fantasy for a Military with the same steel and Red G10 combo. I think people would go crazy for it!
