Heads up on BestKnives

I ordered a Cold Steel Kukri from Best knives several weeks ago. I tried to contact them by email several times to check on my order and never received a response. I don't know what happened as I have ordered from them before and received good service. I am done with them. MV out!

So, let's get this straight, rather than make a simple telephone call to the toll free number of a seller who, by your own admission, has given you good service in the past, you instead elect to ignore the possibility of a logical reason why your emails may not have been answered, and vent your frustration here. :rolleyes:

It does seem as though BestKnives has gone incommunicado lately. See thread below. Montana Vet may not be getting a response.

I've ordered from them with success in the past and am disappointed in the apparent lapses in customer service recently. Someone should call these threads to Bestknives' attention if anyone can get ahold of a company rep.

Could be the result of running a knife company on the side and getting busy with other stuff. Not sure. But bad communication is inexcusable.

I had the same problem with Bestknives.com. After countless emails and phone calls (with no response from either), I finally received my order after two weeks.
