Dang northern agressors if you ask me. The south will rise again.
 
I dont think they are ready to retire yet Kronck! I hope they still fly the CBF when they are not sleeping on it:D
 
My father was a Yankee, and my mother was born and raised in Virginia, so any mention of the "Civil War" created an immediate argument in my family, with my mom stating that "there was nothing civil about it!", and my dad then replying that it was the "war of the southern rebellion", and my mom replying, "no, it was the war of the northern aggression", etc. etc. Very few people these days have any understanding of the real underlying issues...
 
Where ya been of late mopar? You been under the radar.

I've often wondered like so many other times in history what it would be like today if the northern aggressors had lost.
 
there's probably a scifi 'alternate history' novel somewhere about that. hopefully not written by some d@mned yankee liberal ijjut.

I've been waaay too busy working, so I haven't had much time to hang out here. We just installed a major new software system at work, and I've been busy fighting all the resulting brushfires. But I've been lurking here whenever I get a chance.
 
I was born in Boston so I gotta say you southerners are just sore losers!

I've lived in Virginia since I was 2 and I don't know a single person my age who was born in the south. Occupied territory :)
