Here's, to me, the most important thing you said: "It is all karma which I have accepted as being fair and just", and it always is just that. Everything happens for a reason, as cliche-like as that sounds, it simply, sometimes, takes a while to figure out what the reason is. All my best thoughts and karma reaching out from Boise.
