I dont have decent heat in my shop, so when it gets real cold, I fire up the forge and forge something. This is the result.

Forged from W1 roundbar.
It has been clay quenched for a nice hamon. The spine is fileworked.

The handle is stabilized maple burl. It is some really nice stuff, the pics are not great at picking up how nice it is.

The sheath can be either carried on the belt with the clip on the right side, or in the pocket on the left side. It is 8oz. leather.

Dimensions
Blade - 3 1/2"
OAL - Just under 8"
