Charlie, being a dyed in the wool stock removal maker, found a good use for our anvils when I wasn't looking. They are both good anvils and seemed to work very well as heat sinks on this big 3V blade, although I don't think that they fall into the "handy" category at all. They did bring the hardness of the blade right up to where it was supposed to be though. We will be loading the 160lb Peddinghaus (the one on the bottom) up to haul to north Georgia for the Trackrock hammer-in on Thursday. They work real well as anvils too.

Tell him that new third testicle (which is still kind of tender, right?) is actually a bit of intestine that has popped out...

Heck he's a big old boy, putting that thing up there wasn't hard at all. Getting it down was though.
