Heat treat oven help!

I going to use 240v. I purchased 2 of the 240v elements from budget casting supply. I thought these where supposed to be wired in series. But now I'm not so sure. Should I have gotten 2 120v elements to be wired in series?

I figured it out. Going to just use one element. I wasn't sure if one was long enough but it's going to be fine. Guess I have a spare element now.
