Heat treat recipe for 1074

I've got some Sandvik 15LM (equivalent to AISI 1074) that is in the hardened state. At what temperature does it become non-magnetic? What heat treat "recipe" should I use for it(hold time, quench time/temp)? Thanks in advance.

1074 is a simple carbon steel with some Mn. 1500f for no longer than 5 min quench in oil. Temper at 400f for 1 hour 2 times.
