I have a batch of 5 kitchen knives made from 440c that are ready for HT. They range in size from a 6 inch paring knife to 13 inch chef. Spine width range 1/8" to 3/32". Edges all 0.03". My question is can and should they all be tempered to the same RC? I'd like to go to 59 -60 on all of them but if there's a reason to HT them differently based on their length etc I'll request different RCs. (I'm sending them out for HT BTW)
