Heat treating and gunkote question

I am currently working on a hard use knife, it is 1095, i heat treated it with an edge quench and gave it 2 30 minute cycles at 375 degrees, will another one hour cycle at 300 degrees for the bake on gunkote negativly effect the heat treat? thanks guys. - Stan

No, it won't hurt it as long as you don't go over the original tempering temperature.
