Heat Treating ATS34

I have ben heat treating ATS34 at 1900 deg. and quenching in oil. Can ATS34 be air quenched? Also what is the best temp. to temper?

Yes, you can air quench. My book shows ATS34 hardening temp as 1950f for 30 min. and the temper temp. for 58 Rc as 400f for 2 hours, 61Rc is 275f for 2 hours.
