Either RangerOriginal.com or even better, KnifeMaker.ca should work. I agree Allied is a great option too, especially if you have a large number of blades. Our niche at KnifeMaker.ca is small numbers or special requests. Singles and such are our bread and butter.

A and M heat treating in missisaugua ,,not sure of address or phone number . Company I work for has sent stuff there for years,,and when they do I piggy back my blades in with companies shipment lol
I have been in there and seen lots of knives being heat treated
