Heat Treating O1 - Post Heat Treat Dimensional Changes

I believe new files are around 63HRC... maybe I'm wrong. My guides were getting chewed up at 60-62HRC O1. It wasn't until I left them full hard (only a 325F temper) do they now skate even new files.
