Heat treating options

Hey all, I've recently been trying my hand at knife-making and I have finished with about 10 blades. They are all in O1 and as I started looking for someplace to send them for heat treating, I've found that very few people offer heat treating for O1. I originally wanted to do the heat treating myself, but the first one did not turn out so well, and after some thought I decided that I'd rather have it done correctly and not have to worry about it.

Now, one of the few people who does O1 is Peter's Heat treating. However, he charges a flat rate of $114 for any more than four blades. I only have ten ready for heat treating so I would be paying almost $12 a blade, whereas I've seen many places charge only 6-8 dollars a blade.

I'm not trying to knock on Peter's, I'm sure he would be a great option if I had 20+ blades for HT. But I don't. So, are there any other options I should consider? Looking to spend around 6-8 or 9 dollars a blade.
