Heat Treating SF100 Stainless.

Instead of being cheap, tell your customers that you paid good money for a professional heat treatment. If it’s for your own use, just know that you have a good heat treatment.

Trying to save money and having a poor heat treatment is a waste of time and money.

Start with good steel, get a professional heat treatment, grind thin, sharpen correctly and you’ll have a good knife. (and confidence)

You can’t heat treat in a forge and have good results. Those that tell you that you can are lying.
