Heat treating thin ATS34 blades

I am going to make up some utility machetes, with 1/16" x 2" wide ATS34 stock. Are there any heat treating issues with this type of long, thin, flexible blade? I use Texas Heat Treat in Round Rock, and they can adjust to my specs. Thanks in advance.
