Heat treating - torch

Hi, I live in Japan and cant find anywhere propane only torch. I found this torch

And I believe that it is mix of propane and butane. Lowest flame temp is 800*C and maxed 2000*C Would that torch be enough to heat 2-3mm knife enough for HT ?
