Heat treating

Hey guys. I'm new to knife making, and I have a question about heat treating 1084 and 15n20 combination. I need it in °C please. And can i do it in the forge or do i need an owen for it? How many times and how long should i heat treat it?

815C for austenitization and 215-200C for temper.

The rule is to do the HT for the steel that is going to do the cutting. In 1084 and 15N20, it is about even. Luckily, both have nearly identical HT.
