heat treatment on 440C stainless steel plate?

[440C knife steel]

hi guys,
i have several knife blanks made of 440C modified 9Cr18MoV thickness 6.2mm,
but i have no idea on the heat treatment, can someone offer some advice?
i need the details, including processing time for each steps, thanks.

Besides, i have one question, is it workable to do heat treatment on whole size 440c stainless steel plate size 3.0*1000*1000mm or 3.0*250*1000mm?
hardness should be above 58hrc.
any deformation on it?
