This is a Heathkit Model IP-17 high voltage power supply. This supply has fixed 6.3 and 12.6 Volt ac filament supplies and two variable high voltage supplies. This equipment can be used as a supply for working on antique tube-type radios and high-voltage transistor power amplifiers.
