Heavy duty chop it all chopper recommendations?

I’ve been loving this chopper I got from DanitzKnives DanitzKnives in 1/4” 80CRV2. I recommend looking into his work for well-made dedicated choppers.

Got a Kodiak (in K329 = A8mod) incoming and I blame you ! :)

Yesterday evening, I actually perused the Exchange before looking at my alerts. I saw that you scooped one up. I hope it works-out well for you.

I have both the SK-5 and the K329 variants, but have a buttload more time with the SK-5. I have been VERY happy with it.

so - I know I referenced the skrama earlier in this thread, and I still stand by that suggestion... value is amazing and 80crv2 is likely best choice for chopper

however, since everyone is talking best bang for buck, it would be wrong not to mention the ontario ct5 machete in 1075

it's a beast, and 1075 is tough, perfect for hard use / abuse

bigger than most kukri or busse's even ;p all for under $30... back when I got mine they were close to $20

Check Condor Discord Machete! I just recently discovered machetes (blame JoeX) and I’m delighted with this one. Not a pure machete (it’s heavy), but chops hardwood (at least, Accacia) like a big Gransförs axe!

Check also Daado Daado big cleaver! That’s a monster chopper so you better be in good shape. A truly trusty companion, but heavy.
