This is a very heavy sheath for a combat knife like Ka Bar and consists of six layers of 3,5 milimeter thick leather. For wearing on a belt there is a beltloop and a dangler. I cut open the top layer and stitched a layer of brown leather underneath. This was realy hard work to stitch by hand
