Hello all , this beast was designed to do serious work .
It has been ground like a competition chopper , flat ground from the edge up about 1/2 of the way and then transitioned into convex grind . Giving it weight and strength , it weigh's in at 15.4 OZ. It is 1/4" ATS-34 with a heat treat to a Rc. 59-60 ,for a balance of toughness and hardness , with a sub-zero quench .
The overall length is 11-1/2" with the blade at 6-3/4" and 1-3/4" wide , it has a fine scotch-brite belt finish and a semi-rounded spine .

It is handled in Maroon Linen Micarta with 5/16 Corby bolts to hold it all together with the handle designed not to slip from your hand .Sheath is ambidextrous carry 10oz. veg leather
Hope you like it and comments always welcome .

Shipped priority mail in the USA ,$310.00 Now $ 285.00 , pay pal, postal m/o or check to clear. My PP is sandlot@charter.net . I do ship international , write for cost .
