Heinr Boker & Co

Does anyone know anything about a Heinr Boker & Co stockman. Other info on the blade is Baumnerk Solingen Germany Alemania. "ole Stag" is on the handle with the Boker tree. Does anyone have any idea of the age of this knife or the value. It may be fairly new, but the Heinr part threw me off.

Heinrich Boker started the Heinr Boker&co in Solingen Germany in 1869 (the Boker family (different family memebers)have started more than a couple companies)

That combintion of markings sounds odd....if you could post some pics, I may be able to help.

The knife belongs to a guy I work with. He said it was a gift and guessed it was at least ten years old. I doubt if I can get a photo posted. Thanks.
