Hell Razor is lightly used. SR-101 steel with maroon micarta and desert sage coating. Look at pictures and you can make out some coating wear center blade and on the tip. Edge is perfect. No sheath.

Regulator is new and unused. SR-101 steel with black res-c handle and muddy brown coating. This one has a couple scuff marks from taking it in and out of sheath, also has a tiny chip where a piece of coating came off (see picture). Comes with a Buy Brown sheath + tek lok.
