Customer said he'll take it, and i haven't heard from him since then, so i'm listing this one again.


Another cool piece of history here...
It is forged from turret rim ball bearing of M18 "Hellcat", and i've tried to forge it to be a simple EDC user.

Blade is treated as 52100.
Flats are left raw, wet forged and wire brushed after forging. After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are made in satin finish with scotch brite.

Details:

Overall length - 8,9"
Blade length - 4,5"
Blade width - 1"
Thickness at the back of the spine - 0,125"
Tang is tapered to 3/64" at the end

Knife itself weights 3,95oz, and with sheath it's 6,66oz

For handle material i used beautiful piece of vintage micarta, blue G10 liners, carbon fiber pins and lanyard tube.

Handmade 9/64" thick vegetable leather sheath, made for horizontal left or right carry.
