Helle stainless vs Carbon?

Hi guys,

I am considering getting a Helle Temagami. Now they come in triple laminated carbon or triple laminated stainless steel version. I am a carbon steel fan, no question. However does anybody have some head-to-head comparison by any chance or general experience with their stainless vs carbon?

I've a Helle with triple laminated stainless and couldn't be happier with it. Takes and holds a razor edge. No experience with their carbon steels although I'm also a carbon steel guy.
