Hey all - just posting some good feedback for Helle's north american support/customer service. I had an Eggen that I had for like 5 years and used all the time. Over the years the blade developed a little play probably from the heat/cold and the wood expanding and shrinking. I contacted the USA rep and explained the issue and he just said mail it in. A few days later I was sent a brand new beautiful Eggen (Photo below after I used it a bit). The rep was fantastic to communicate with and overall the experience was hassle free and super easy. All good stuff!
