Thanks Ghostwolf, gimme a holler sometime soon! I'm itching to get the BBQ in the back yard glowing and got some good thick branches to chop on as well as the car hood. Might have to get a San Antonio BBQ and Chop-In going soon. Beer, Brats, and Briscut!

Houston's just a hop skip and a jump away from here!

Once things start cooling down a little, under 100 or so, we'll have to start the planning.

The last brisket we did came out so nice I want to do it again soon, it takes all flippin day but well worth the time and effort, and the excuse to polish off several cold ones.
